This client offers: • Training and investment in industry-leading qualifications like Prince 2, IMC and CFA. • No promotion quotas or ‘time-at-level’ requirement, strong meritocracy • Work with the industry’s best talent on complex and large scale projects with the worlds leading Asset Managers. • Share ownership scheme and profit share scheme Experience Sought: At least 10 years of proven asset management consulting experience at a recognized consulting firm An excellent knowledge of Front Office Asset Management, covering OMS (Aladdin), Risk Platforms (Bloomberg, FactSet, MSCI) Strong knowledge of a number of Asset Classes, including ETF, Derivatives, Equities, Alternatives, etc Operating model design and implementation experience Strong experience in Project Delivery, and some experience in Business Development Proven presentation skills, personal impact, and charisma to lead large-scale, senior meetings, presentations and workshops supported by first class written and verbal communication skills Proven track record of building and sustaining lasting relationships with C-Suite Executives of leading organizations in the sector; engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders Intellectual capacity and ability to think in new, innovative ways to understand complex issues and develop creative solutions Ability to mentor and coach team members; focus on team achievement, not just individual goals Flexibility to travel if required
