What You’ll Be Doing
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take responsibility for your section, preparing high-quality Japanese dishes that delight our dine-in guests and meet our restaurant’s high standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Preparing and cooking a variety of authentic Japanese dishes, from sushi to hot kitchen items
· Maintaining consistency in presentation, portion size, and flavour
· Working efficiently during busy service times, particularly evenings and weekends
· Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
· Supporting senior chefs and helping to maintain smooth kitchen operations
What We’re Looking For
· Experience as a Chef de Partie or Line Chef in a busy kitchen environment (Japanese cuisine experience is a bonus but not essential)
· Strong preparation and cooking skills, with attention to detail
· A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods
· A genuine passion for Japanese food and a commitment to high standards
