As our Digital Programme Manager, you will be a vital part of our transformation journey. Representing the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) at both local and regional levels, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects—starting from scoping and resource planning to implementation and evaluation.
You will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare through digital innovation.
You’ll oversee governance, ensure milestones are met, and manage key stakeholders to deliver real value. With a hands‑on approach, you’ll directly manage specific projects and provide support and mentorship to others in the team.

Main duties of the job

Collaborative initiatives across the HWE ICS
* Drive service improvements through effective cross‑organisational collaboration
* Break down barriers to care and streamline delivery

* Provide shared governance and oversight for programme design and implementation
* Ensure responsible allocation of resources across the system
* Evaluate and manage system-wide assets, focusing on critical equipment at the end of life
* Map current services and identify opportunities for sustainable improvement in imaging services
