Position: Scheme Manager
Location: Barnsley (Various locations with expectations of travel)
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week to be worked to meet the needs of the service

About you
Do you have previous experience working in care, managing a team, and want to use these skills to develop further and take the lead?
This is an opportunity for a proactive Scheme Manager to join an evolving Care Company and manage our residential living scheme in Ipswich. You will need:
* Previous care management experience, preferably within a supported living environment.
* Hold or be working towards an NVQ Level 5 Diploma or have a suitable alternative qualification.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
* Evidence of providing inspiring, motivational, clear, and supportive leadership.

Our supported living & residential services in Barnsley support a diverse range of individuals, including those with traumatic brain injury, stroke, acquired brain injury, palliative care needs, autism, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.
