Account Manager - Hybrid

As part of their continued growth, they are now looking for an Account Manager to join the team to focus on managing rebookings from previous customers & driving repeat business with a range of schools across the UK.

This is a hybrid opportunity, reporting to their office in Hertfordshire three days per week.
Responsibilities
* Manage full rebooking process of a portfolio of existing school accounts
* Develop and maintain strong sales pipeline of rebooking opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams to build business strategies
* Monitor, track, and report sales performance and KPIs through CRM tools
* Assess client needs and deliver tailored packages that align with their goals
The Successful Candidate
* 12+ months of sales experience; candidates from both B2B & B2C backgrounds are encouraged to apply
* A background in sports tour sales, corporate day sales, events/conference sales, or selling experience days into groups would be a plus
* A link to the education space would be a plus
* Must have a valid UK driving license
* Commutable to Hertfordshire three days per week
The Account Manager Package
* Basic salary: £28,000-29,000
* OTE: +£5,000
* Work iPhone & iPad provided
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with an additional 2-week break over Christmas & New Year
