What You’ll Be Doing:
* Develop and grow relationships with new and existing customers in your territory
* Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions from our broad portfolio of industrial products
* Learn and communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently
* Manage your pipeline with discipline and accountability
* Collaborate with inside sales, technical specialists, and the rest of our team to ensure customers receive the best service and solutions

What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years of experience in B2B or industrial sales preferred
* Strong interest in industrial products, applications, or technical problem-solving
* A desire to learn our industry and customers inside and out
* Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within your territory, including out of town
