* Advise companies, shareholders, investors and funders at all stages of the corporate life cycle on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters
* Currently biased towards the Technology and Life Sciences sectors across the transatlantic markets
You
* 8+ years PQE
* Experienced in negotiating, drafting and reviewing agreements of all types
* Advise on technology licensing, transfer and collaboration arrangements for information, life sciences and other technologies
* Have an entrepreneurial passion and deliver responsive representation
