Are you a qualified Psychologist looking for a rewarding role where you can truly change lives? Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Deliver specialist psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
* Work collaboratively with educational and residential teams to create therapeutic living and learning environments.
* Provide consultation, training, and guidance to staff to ensure clinically informed care.
* Contribute to a joined-up clinical model across schools and children's homes.
* Support the development of strategies that promote positive outcomes for young people.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
* HCPC registration as a Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist
* Experience in assessing, formulating, and delivering interventions for children and young people with complex needs
* Ability to provide consultation and training to staff teams
* Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
Desirable:
* Experience within SEMH or SEND settings
* Knowledge of trauma-informed care and neurodevelopmental conditions
