As HR Adviser, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a high-quality HR service across the organisation, ensuring best practice and compliance with employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
* Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and internal policies.
* Analyse HR data and produce reports to support business decision-making.
* Support organisational change initiatives.
* Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement activities.

* Proven experience in an HR advisory role.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
