Justteachers are recruiting experienced Behaviour Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Halifax. These roles are ideal for individuals who have previously worked in behaviour support, pastoral roles, or similar positions within an educational or youth‑support setting. You will work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to help students overcome barriers to learning, manage behaviour effectively, and build positive relationships.
