We are looking for an experienced Pipe Layer to join a reputable groundworks contractor in Wigan. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining underground drainage and pipe systems on a busy construction site.
Your new role
1. Lay and join pipes for drainage and utilities
2. Ensure correct alignment and levels using laser equipment
3. Backfilling andpacting trenches safely
4. Work closely with the groundwork team to meet project deadlines.
5. Maintainpliance with health and safety regulations
What you'll need to succeed
6. Proven experience as a pipe layer on civil or groundwork projects
7. Ability to read site drawings and set out levels
8. CSCS card essential
