People Operations Advisor
Our client, a UK headquartered tech business are seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Advisor to deliver smooth, accurate and efficient HR processes across their employee lifecycle.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives on administration, deadlines, and keeping workflows organised.
Reporting to the People Operations Manager, this role will support day-to-day People operations and collaborate with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and People Business Partners both locally and globally.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate HRIS records and respond to employee queries.
* Manage and respond to employee queries.
* Assist People Business Partners documenting processes, tracking cases and prioritising tasks.
* Administer onboarding, contracts, and IT coordination.
* Support visa and contractor processes.
* Assist with payroll and benefits cycles.
* Keep shared drives and documentation organised.
* Help track employee relations cases and prioritise tasks.
About You
You'll have experience in HR administration and/or HR operations, with strong attention to detail and confidence handling data.
