Overview
We urgently require two experienced GMC Specialist Register Consultants in Orthopaedics to cover either clinics and/or surgical procedures every Saturday and Sunday for the next three months. This type of work is ideal for local substantive consultants who are free most weekends or for very experienced locum Consultants seeking part‑time work.
Key Details
* Location: Devonshire region
* Pay: £1,400–£1,700 per day, paid directly to your limited company once a month via Limited Company payments only
* Commitment: minimum of covering two weekends per month throughout August to October
Requirements
* 2 recent references
* DSB certificate (updated service ideally)
* GMC certificate or annual renewal letter
* UK or Irish passport or EU settlement status for full‑time work in the UK
* Occupational Health reports
* Indemnity certificate (MDU or MPS)
* Appraisal details – most recent summary pack
* Mandatory training certificates including life support
* KPI / Log books for procedures
