Responsibilities
1. Regular contact with customers via emails and calls
2. Develop and maintain relationships with account contacts and various internal departments
3. Resolve customer queries and disputes related to invoices
4. Responsible for ensuring payment received as per agreements
5. Creation of excel reports & monthly statements
Qualifications
6. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
7. Analysis and problem solving skills
8. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products especially Excel
9. High attention to detail and the ability to organise your workload
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
11. Time management skills
12. Previous debt management experience advantageous but not essential

Hours
13. 40hrs per week Mon-Fri: 8.00am to 5.00pm
Salary
14. £25,500 per annum (dependent on relevant experience) - we also have a performance-related bonus scheme!
