Working hours:
* As a Chartered Rural Surveyor, you’ll be required to work Full-time.
* This is an office-based role in North Norfolk, with travel around Norfolk when required for appointments.

Chartered Rural Surveyor requirements:
* MRICS qualification
* Level 3 Valuation (Desirable)
* Full CAAV membership (FAAV)
* A strong rural background and practical agricultural insight
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* An organised, detail-driven approach
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively
* A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
Key tasks for theChartered Rural Surveyorrole will include, BUT will not be limited to:
* Compensation claims
* Environmental Stewardship support
* Grant and funding applications
* Contract farming arrangements
* Rural planning and diversification projects
* Sales and lettings of farms, land, smallholdings, and rural homes
* Drafting FBTs, grazing licences and similar agreements
* Valuations for lending, taxation, estate planning, and dispute resolution
