Overview
As an Early Years Educator, you will play a leading role in fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children at Busy Bees. Join a company that values high-quality education and provides ample growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
* Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
Qualifications and Experience
* Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
* Experience working with children under 5.
* Empathy and understanding — each child is unique.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.

Busy Bees Holmes Chapel, rated "Good" by Ofsted, has a capacity of 105 children. The nursery features a warm, welcoming environment with a large outdoor space for exploration and safe risk-taking. It is located on Manor Lane, near the A54, with convenient access to public transport and free parking.
