We are currently working with one of the UK's leading corporate finance boutiques that work on a range of deals throughout the tech and media landscape. The role involves all aspects of the business, working on lead advisory engagements with some of the most exciting growth companies in the entertainment, marketing services, and production space. This firm is renowned for their presence in these markets and for working on some of the most cutting-edge deals internationally. Responsibilities:

* Manage the transaction process

* Building sector expertise
* Deal analysis
* Assist clients in strategic advisory
About You:
* The ideal candidate will have experience in M&A from a leading corporate finance boutique or accounting firm. An ACA qualification is essential, as many clients will need accounting support. A Big 4 background is desirable but not essential, as is a strong degree from a reputable university.
