Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
* Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Have strong subject knowledge and practical skills in Art
* Be confident teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, with A-Level experience desirable
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills
* Be able to motivate and inspire pupils of all abilities
* Work collaboratively within a department and wider school community
