Elevation Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a school based in Wakefield to support on a medium-term sickness cover in the school office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the school. Key Responsibilities:
1. General Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to staff, students, and parents as needed. Manage office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
2. Record Management: Maintain student and staff records, including filing, updating databases, and ensuring the accuracy of information. Handle confidential information with discretion.
3. Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events. Coordinate school activities and support the planning of school events.
