TRIbuild Solutions are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join a well-established property and construction business.
This role is perfect for someone who's highly organised, proactive, and enjoys keeping projects on track - working closely with site teams, clients, and residents to ensure everything runs smoothly.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day contract administration and coordination between teams
Maintain trackers, records, and reports to monitor project progress
Liaise with agents and suppliers to arrange property access and deliveries
Prepare estimates and assist with monthly reporting
Act as a key point of contact for client and resident queries
👤 What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience in an office-based admin role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and managing documentation
A team player who's comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
Experience within property, construction, or procurement admin is a bonus.
