Responsibilities
* Create customised tattoo designs based on client consultations, ensuring artistic quality and client satisfaction
* Maintain a clean, sterile, and organised work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
* Manage appointments efficiently, providing excellent customer service from initial consultation through aftercare advice
* Engage with clients via social media platforms to promote the studio's work, upcoming events, and special offers
* Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, answering queries, and managing payments
* Provide guest services that enhance client experience and foster repeat business
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the studio's professional standards
Qualifications
* Proven experience or training as a Tattoo Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide clear advice
* Knowledge of management principles and social media management to effectively promote the studio's brand
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
* Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
