Team Assistant – Global Advisory (Manchester) Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits Contract: Permanent, full-time Location: Manchester – Office based (4 days per week in office) Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Assistant to join their high-performing division in Manchester. Supporting a team of junior bankers, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within a professional services setting. This is more than just an admin role – it’s a chance to build your career in business support within a company that values development, progression, and collaboration. Key responsibilities include: Providing administrative support to a team of junior bankers and wider EA team Diary and meeting coordination, both internally and with clients Managing travel bookings, itineraries, and associated logistics for international travel Preparing PowerPoint presentations and documentation to a high standard Assisting with compliance processes and updating internal databases Collating and processing expenses in a timely manner Supporting the organisation of client events and closing dinners Offering reception cover and general office assistance as needed What we’re looking for: A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude Strong organisational ability with attention to detail Confidence using Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Previous experience within professional services is desirable but not essential This is an outstanding opportunity for someone early in their PA or business support career to step into a globally respected business and build their professional support experience from the ground up.
