A leading law firm located in central Bedford is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and successful team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties
* Creating and renewing leases for both landlords and tenants
* Lease extensions, right to buy, and right to acquire commercial properties
* Portfolio management
Skills & Experience:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2PQE+
* Experience of agricultural land and development work would be advantageous
* Proven business development skills
