Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Sandhurst.
The ideal candidate must have previous property management experience, with a full understanding of all current legislation.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Full time or part time hours available!
Benefits:
* Basic £32,000 - £37,000 DOE (pro rata'd for part time)
* Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
* Open to part time and can be flexible (less days but full hours or school hours)

Responsibilities:
* All aspects of tenancy services and property management
* Running the daily accounts processes
* Pre-tenancy checks and documentation
* Property inspections
* Producing tenancy agreements
* Organising inventories, works orders etc
* Property management
* Liaising with landlords
* Compliance
* Renewal negotiation
Key Skills:
* Previous Property Management experience essential
* Excellent IT and communication skills
* Work well in a team dealing with any issues efficiently
* Impeccable customer service skills with a positive attitude
* Good time management and excellent organisational skills
* Knowledge of current legislation and compliance
* Able to work to deadlines and manage own diary
* Excellent team player
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
