This market-leading City practice is looking for an ambitious corporate lawyer to advise on mainly private M&A (share sales / asset acquisitions) and joint ventures alongside other corporate transactions and advisory work. Approximately half the deals are corporate real estate transactions and you'll be working with clients, including large institutional investorsmercial real estate developers and family offices of high net worth individuals.
