Overview
Murphy O’Rawe is seeking a full time conveyancing secretary with a minimum of five years experience to join their Belfast City Centre office.
Responsibilities
* Providing high quality secretarial support within the conveyancing team
* Managing case files both electronically and hard copy
* Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
* Drafting legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, correspondence and completion statements.
* Land Registry applications and submissions
* Obtaining Property Certificates and Searches
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.
* Handling telephone and email queries in a professional and timely manner.
Skills and Experience
* 5 years secretarial experience in a conveyancing role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems
* Proficient in the use of Landweb, LMS and Lender Exchange
* Excellent typing and document production skills with high attention to detail
* Effective organisation skills with ability to prioritise effectively
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive and adaptable approach to work
