We are seeking a dedicated GCSE Maths Tutor to support students in achieving their academic goals. Duties
* Deliver customised GCSE Maths tuition to students, adapting teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
* Prepare lesson plans, exercises, and revision materials aligned with curriculum requirements
* Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
* Create a motivating and supportive atmosphere that encourages student confidence and participation
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and areas requiring further attention
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and guardians regarding progress and any concerns
* Stay updated with current GCSE Maths syllabus changes and best teaching practices
Qualifications
* Proven experience in tutoring or teaching GCSE Maths or equivalent levels
* Experience working with children or young learners is highly desirable
* Knowledge of special education needs (SEN) and inclusive teaching strategies is advantageous
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently
* Organised, reliable, and committed to supporting student success
* A recognised qualification in Mathematics or Education is preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates with relevant experience
