We’re looking for a Technical Business Partner to join our Process and Technology Improvement team at the East of England Co-op. In this pivotal role, you’ll act as a bridge between business functions—particularly Finance and Operations —and our technology teams. You’ll lead technology-driven initiatives that enhance efficiency, improve processes, and support our Society’s strategic goals. You’ll be hands-on with system configuration, optimisation, and training, helping colleagues get the most from the tools they use every day. What You’ll Be Doing Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues. Configure, administer, and optimise core business systems to maximise performance and reliability. Identify and implement process improvements, with a focus on automation and efficiency. Deliver training and coaching to business users, enabling greater system adoption and capability. Manage system updates and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Collaborate with Finance, People, Operations, and Technology teams to align solutions with business goals. Champion best practices in data integrity, system governance, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Need Proven experience in system administration, optimisation, or enterprise systems implementation. Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into technical improvements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Confidence in delivering user training, system testing, and process documentation. Experience supporting system integrations or upgrades. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills. (Desirable) Experience within a multi-site or retail environment.
