What You'll Be Leading Quality Excellence: Own and embed ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & BRCGS standards across the site Audit Leadership: Command the room during internal/external audits - your prep, your process, your win HSE Ownership: Lead risk assessments, RIDDOR reporting, and bring proactive safety to life KPI Obsessed: Use data (DPMO, SRI, WTL) to spotlight issues and lead powerful improvements CI Driver: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and your own creative spark to challenge the status quo Team Empowerment: Lead a tight-knit squad (QA, PQC, H&S) and elevate performance across departments What You Bring to the Table Essential: Strong knowledge and experience with ISO 9001, BRCGS. Demonstrated experience leading audits in a BRC manufacturing environment. Experience leading and developing teams (including H&S and QA). Solid experience in a senior operational management position.
