Senior Recruitment Consultant

Swi-tch, based in Shrewsbury, England, is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. We are a multi award-winning recruitment agency specializing in the Logistics and Supply Chain Technology sector, partnering with clients across the UK and globally to deliver top-tier recruitment solutions.


About the Role

This role focuses on business development, building long-term relationships, and providing bespoke recruitment solutions within a niche but rapidly expanding market, including WMS, automation, and supply chain tech sectors.


Responsibilities

1. Proactively generate new business and manage the full 360 recruitment cycle.
2. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
3. Network through events, LinkedIn, and industry communities.
4. Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and challenges.
5. Represent Swi-tch as a trusted expert in Logistics & Supply Chain Technology.
6. Contribute to shaping our business development strategy as we grow.


Candidate Requirements

* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on 360 or business development roles.
* Interest or experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Technology, or Systems recruitment.
* Success in winning and growing client accounts.
* Ability to manage time and workload independently.
* Team-oriented attitude valuing collaboration over ego.
* Passion for delivering high-quality service to clients and candidates.
