The Borders weight management team is looking for an experienced, motivated and compassionate dietitian to join their team in this new post.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive specialist service independently, delivering face‑to‑face and virtual support in group and one‑to‑one settings. The role includes developing and delivering training programmes, clinical triage of referrals, service development and supervision of dietitians, dietetic support workers and a project support officer.
The post is based at Borders General Hospital with some home working and may require travel across the Borders. A driving licence is desirable.
This is a full‑time 36‑hour week post (from 1 April 2026) with an adjusted hourly rate to maintain pay. For part‑time arrangements, salary is pro‑rata.
