Your mission at Epassi The Marketplace Sales Manager drives the commercial performance of the Marketplace by increasing adoption of partner solutions and managing long-term relationships with marketplace merchants. You will support Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure marketplace offerings are well understood, effectively delivered, and aligned with client, market, and legal requirements.
A strong background in the Consulting and Benefits industry is essential.
Your responsibilities
Marketplace growth & merchant partner management
* Deliver marketplace sales targets and contribute to wider business objectives through effective cross-sell and upsell strategies
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with marketplace merchants
* Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure solutions deliver clear value to clients
Internal enablement & collaboration
* Equip the Sales and Customer Success team with training, insights, and materials to confidently position marketplace offerings
* Support Professional Services with solution knowledge and implementation coordinationCollaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong commercial outcomes
Client engagement & query resolution
* Support escalation of client issues related to marketplace solutions, ensuring timely and effective resolution
* Serve as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and marketplace partners to support onboarding and adoption
What you should bring
Essential
* Experience working in the Consulting and Benefits industry
* Experience consulting with Benefits providers and understanding their commercial models
* Strong negotiation skills and a track record of building long‑term partner relationships
* Proven ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams
* Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate solution value to internal teams and clients
* Experience supporting sales processes, pitches, or client‑facing engagements
* Understanding of compliance and information‑handling requirements
Desirable
* Experience with digital marketplaces, or technology‑driven Benefits solutions
* Familiarity with implementation processes or professional services delivery
