About Us
Bluebird Care Stamford, Rutland, Peterborough & Oundle is committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care that enables people to live safely and independently in their own homes. We operate a structured, well‑led service with strong operational supervision and a clear commitment to continuous improvement and regulatory excellence under the standards of the Care Quality Commission.
The Role
The Compliance & Quality Lead acts as the organisation’s central governance function, ensuring that care delivery is safe, consistent, and accurately reflected across all systems and documentation. You will provide independent oversight of quality and compliance, identify risks early, ensure actions are completed, and support the Registered Manager in maintaining full inspection readiness. This is a senior‑quality function role focused on oversight, assurance, and continuous improvement – not operational management.
