Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-quality, fresh food kitchens and a desire to contribute to a team that values excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu development and execution.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
* Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable establishment.
* Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
