The Role: As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the development and well-being of our early learners. Your role will involve helping to create a stimulating, child-centered environment and supporting children's progress in all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage. Responsibilities: Supporting small groups and individual children with their learning activities Assisting in the delivery of phonics sessions and early reading skills Promoting children's social, emotional, and physical development Encouraging independence and positive behavior Contributing to a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Working collaboratively with teachers and other staff to support curriculum delivery Candidate Requirements: Previous experience working with children in the EYFS or early years setting Knowledge of phonics and early reading strategies is highly desirable Caring, patient, and adaptable approach Strong communication skills and team player attitude Enthusiasm for supporting children's early development and learning Sounds interesting?
