Job Summary
We are looking for a Breakfast Server to join our Food & Beverage team. You will provide friendly, efficient service, set up and maintain the breakfast area, and ensure every guest starts their day with a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and seat guests with a warm welcome.
* Serve food and drinks.
* Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet to high standards.
* Provide information on menu items, allergens, and dietary options.
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation in the restaurant at all times.
* Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
* Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
* Follow health, safety, and hygiene policies.
Requirements
* Previous hospitality, waiter/waitress, or food service experience preferred but not essential.
* Friendly, positive attitude with great customer service skills.
* Ability to work early mornings (6:30am start), weekends, and holidays.
* Good communication skills and professional presentation.
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
