Key Responsibilities
As a valuable member, your main mission is to bolster customer relationships through daily interactions and assistance. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers to craft outstanding customer experiences, maintain specialised processes, and serve as an ambassador for boxxe.
What you'll be doing
 * Creating new quotes and following up on existing quotes
 * Liaising with vendors for pricing and quote queries
 * Providing suppliers with updates on quote progress
 * Processing POs/Orders and handling queries
 * Liaising with customers, internal teams and partners
 * Managing tenders and contract administration
 * Administering NetSuite/System
 * Registering, updating and revalidating DRs
 * Engaging customers via phone and email when required
Requirements
 * Ability to work methodically, plan and manage own time effectively
 * Evidence of working under pressure with attention to detail
 * Great people person with enthusiasm for working with others
 * Proactive, with a real thirst for knowledge and development
 * Computer literate with an understanding and passion for new technology and tools
 * Ability to work independently or as part of a team
 * Excellent time management and organisational skills
 * High attention to detail
 * Ability to prioritise workload in a fast‑paced environment
