We are recruiting for a Solution Architect to join a large, well-respected organisation for a permanent position. You will support the Lead solution architect and the wider team to ensure that IT solutions and programmes across the organisation are suitably architected, designed and co-ordinated to deliver the organisations purpose.
This role requires someone with experience as a solution architect in digital transformation.
Your role
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and architects to develop a comprehensive target architecture for a major Digital Transformation programme. This includes conducting a detailed current state analysis and designing a robust future state architecture that aligns with strategic objectives.
The role involves making recommendations for processes and technologies that support master data management, with an emphasis on minimising total cost. The candidate will propose an Integration Architecture that outlines high-level patterns, protocols, and reusable integration components. This includes evaluating opportunities to build or leverage externally available integrators to enhance system connectivity and performance.
Expertise in Integration Architecture is vital, along with a broad understanding of data and applications. The candidate will be expected to provide implementation recommendations, considering sequencing, potential risks, and anticipated benefits to guide successful delivery.
