As Investment Analyst, you'll play a key role in analysing, selecting, and monitoring third-party asset managers for the Omnis fund range. You'll support the team's research activities, contribute to high-quality due diligence, and help maximise the success of Omnis funds. The role offers the chance to build deep knowledge, be part of manager research projects, and assist in fund oversight while developing your expertise and professional qualifications.
This is a permanent, hybrid role, based in our London office, with the requirement to be in the office 2 days a week.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting detailed operational, financial, and client book analysis on acquisition targets.
* Monitoring and analysing the performance and strategies of third-party fund managers.
* Preparing draft reports, analysis, and recommendations for review by senior colleagues.
* Assisting in manager searches, including data gathering, initial screening, and preparation of supporting materials.
* Building a working knowledge of asset classes, investment styles, and the fund manager universe.
* Taking ownership of defined workstreams or deliverables, under guidance from senior team members.
* Providing analytical support to broader investment initiatives such as asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management.
* Contributing to the development of the Omnis investment proposition by researching new strategies and industry developments.
* Maintaining an active learning mindset and taking responsibility for personal development (IMC/CFA progression).
* Develop constructive relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to effective engagement with external managers.
