CNC Miller - Programmer / Setter / Operator\n Southampton Area | Full-Time | Mon-Fri, 7:00am-15:30pm\n Competitive Salary (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits\n\nA well-established engineering company based in the Southampton area is currently seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join their team. This business specialises in the design, manufacture, repair and calibration of precision-engineered equipment used across a variety of sectors including offshore, renewable energy, marine, and subsea industries.\n\nDue to recent growth and significant investment in new machinery, the company is looking for a skilled machinist to program, set, and operate a newly acquired CNC milling machine.\n\nThe Role of a CNC Programmer:\n\nFull-time, workshop-based position\nProgramming, setting, and operating CNC Milling Machines (HAAS VM3)\nUsing G-code and Fusion 360 CAM software\nTool selection, installation, and calibration\nQuality control and process monitoring\nPerforming routine machine maintenance\nWorking collaboratively with engineers and QA staff\nMeeting production deadlines and internal project milestonesWhat We're Looking For in a CNC Programmer:\n\nRecognised apprenticeship or relevant time-served experience\nProven ability to program, set, and operate CNC milling machines\nExperience with Fusion 360 and HAAS control systems preferred\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently\nA team player with a strong work ethic\nCommitment to safety and quality standardsWhat's On Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary depending on experience\nAnnual profit-related bonus\nCompany pension scheme\n22 days annual leave + bank holidays\nFree on-site parking\nExcellent location\nOngoing training and development in a supportive, industry-leading environment \n\nCNC Programmer / CNC Programming / CNC Miller / CNC Milling / CNC Machinist / Engineering / Manufacturing
