About the Role
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's growing site in Ledbury. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving site operations, supporting breakdowns, and completing preventative maintenance (PPM/TPM) to agreed standards. The role involves working with electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled machinery in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide breakdown support and perform preventative maintenance
* Maintain electrical, mechanical, PLC machinery and site services (pneumatic, water, steam)
* Support production in running a seasonal fruit pressing mill
* Complete and document all work on SAP
* Participate in risk assessments and site improvement initiatives
* Maintain hygiene and quality standards across the site
* Assist with a variety of projects as required
Skills & Requirements
* Must be a multi-skilled maintenance engineer
* Strong team player with a proactive approach
* Computer literate (SAP experience desirable)
* IOSH training desirable
Education & Experience
* A-Level or equivalent essential
* NVQ Level 3 in Engineering minimum
* PLC experience desirable
* Preferably 3+ years in manufacturing, fruit pressing, or drink production
* Shift work experience
