Credit Controller | Permanent | Salary up to £30,000

Astute Recruitment are supporting our Mansfield-based client with the recruitment of an experienced Credit Controllerto join their busy and fast-paced finance team on apermanent, full-time basis.

This is a fully office-basedrole offering a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a lively environment, thrives under pressure and is confident managing high-volume credit controlduties from start to finish.

Key Duties:

• Managing the full credit controlprocess for a high-volume customer ledger
• Chasing overdue paymentsvia phone and email
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Resolving invoice and account queries efficiently
• Allocatingcustomer payments and reconcilingaccounts
• Producing aged debtor reports
• Monitoring debtor days and reducing outstanding debt
• Escalating problematic accounts where necessary
• Supporting month-end processes and reporting
• Working closely with internal departments to resolve payment issues
• Maintaining accurate customer and account records
