We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join the team at J & G Wilson, Solicitors and Estate Agents, Kinross – a forward-thinking law practice but with deep roots in Kinross-shire and the surrounding area.
We are a long established high street firm dedicated to providing our clients with a personal and proactive service. We see developing long term client relationships as highly important for our clients and the growth of the firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to become part of a friendly and supportive team in a well-respected local firm.
This post is office based.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Subject to appropriate supervision, managing your own caseload from the beginning of a transaction through to completion
* Liaising with clients, other solicitors, estate agents and lenders
* Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
* Supporting the solicitors with their transactions when required
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in residential conveyancing and ideally be Law Society of Scotland accredited
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing their own workload
