You will join an established, expanding advice business that is actively investing in its Financial Adviser team, infrastructure and internal lead generation. As a Financial Adviser, you will provide holistic financial planning advice to both new and existing clients, supported by strong in house lead flow and administrative support. While some existing clients may be available, the majority of your activity will come from internally generated enquiries with consistently high conversion rates. Financial Adviser Requirements • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning • Proven experience working as a Financial Adviser within the UK market • Strong knowledge of holistic financial planning and advice process • Ability to manage and convert leads into long term client relationships • CF30 status or ability to obtain The Company The company is a well established financial planning and professional services firm with multiple regional offices. Financial Adviser Benefits Employed Financial Adviser • Basic salary from £45,000 to £60,000 depending on experience • Salary validation at 2.5 times salary, then 10 percent bonus • Hybrid working with office and home based flexibility Self Employed Financial Adviser • 60 percent income retention on self generated business • 40 percent income retention on provided leads and clients • Ownership of all self generated clients • Income smoothing available for the first 12 months on a case by case basis Location You should be based within approximately 20 miles of Taunton, Barnstaple with flexibility to work across these offices as required.
