As the Health & Safety Manager, you’ll lead and coordinate all aspects of Health & Safety across Cloud. You’ll ensure safe, compliant and well‑managed operations for colleagues, clients and our supply chain partners. You will provide day‑to‑day H&S leadership, maintain statutory and ISO compliance, oversee incident management, and champion workplace safety across every part of the business. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll drive continuous improvement and play a key role in strengthening Cloud's safety culture. What you’ll be doing day to day Provide visible operational leadership on all Health & Safety matters. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation including HASAWA 1974, the Management Regulations 1999 and CDM 2015. Conduct internal and supply chain audits, inspections and ongoing monitoring. Analyse incident trends, hazards and compliance data, sharing insights with senior management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk and strengthen safety culture. Support delivery and maintenance of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 requirements. Lead risk assessments and support teams in developing safe working procedures. Oversee workplace compliance in Cloudfm offices, including fire safety, welfare, building compliance and associated checks. Build strong, collaborative relationships with operational and client‑facing teams to embed safe working practices. Support external audits, accreditations and client Health & Safety reviews. Deliver internal H&S training, assessments, toolbox talks and coaching to build capability across the business. What you’ll bring to the table NEBOSH General Certificate (required). IOSH Level 3 with IOSH Membership, and working towards Chartered Status (desirable). Proven experience in a Health & Safety role, with the ability to work autonomously and partner effectively with different areas of the business. Experience managing contractor or supply chain Health & Safety compliance. Strong working knowledge of ISO management systems within operational environments. Skilled in incident investigation and root‑cause analysis. Why join us?
