The Role:
Troubleshoot and resolve production and process issues
Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives
Carry out root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa)
Support process control and compliance audits
Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Production teamsWhat we need:
Manufacturing / engineering experience
Knowledge of lean & problem-solving tools
Ability to read engineering drawings
