About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll focus on winning new business, growing your portfolio, and maximising long-term revenue. This is a high-impact, high-reward role where your success directly drives your earnings.

Salary & Package
* £65,000 – £75,000 basic salary
* Fully expensed company car or car allowance
* Uncapped earning potential – 10% of gross profit for the lifetime of each account

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the UK market
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans using market data
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
* Arrange and attend meetings with new and existing customers
* Prepare pricing proposals, credit terms, and contracts
* Produce regular sales activity reports and forecasts
* Engage in ongoing sales and professional development training
What We’re Looking For
* Proven success in a hunter-style sales role (minimum 2+ years)
* Strong focus on new business development within Freight or Logistics
* Commercially driven with excellent negotiation skills
* Ability to build long-term client relationships
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
