This is a role where experienced processing professionals can directly influence their earnings through performance, working within a fast-moving environment focused on quality, efficiency and maximising yield.</p><h3>Whats in it for you</h3><ul><li>Strong earning potential with productivity-based pay equivalent to £15-£30 per hour</li><li>Weekly pay with wages paid every Friday</li><li>Consistent Monday to Friday working pattern with optional weekend overtime available</li><li>Opportunity to join a growing and established production operation</li><li>Potential relocation support for the right candidate</li><li>Skilled work where experience and output are recognised and rewarded</li></ul><h3>Your responsibilities as Fish Filleter</h3><ul><li>Prepare white fish products to a consistently high commercial standard</li><li>Maximise yield while maintaining excellent presentation and quality levels</li><li>Achieve daily throughput and production targets</li><li>Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures</li><li>Maintain equipment safely and correctly throughout the working day</li><li>Support efficient production processes while minimising waste</li></ul><h3>What were looking for in a Fish Filleter</h3><ul><li>Previous commercial experience preparing white fish products</li><li>Strong knife handling skills and knowledge of yield optimisation</li><li>Experience working within food production or processing environments</li><li>Understanding of food hygiene and quality standards</li><li>Previous exposure to productivity-based or piece-rate working environments would be advantageous</li></ul><h3>Working Hours</h3><p>Monday to Friday, typically 5:00am-2:00pm or 6:00am-2:00pm, with optional weekend work available when required.</p><p>If youre an experienced Fish Filleter (Cod & Haddock) looking for excellent earning potential and a role where your skill directly impacts your income, wed love to hear from you.</p></div>
