Health Care Support Worker – Lehrman Cameron Studio, LLC
Amman Valley Hospital is a 28‑bed rehabilitation unit providing a high standard of care to patients requiring support from nursing and therapy staff.
Responsibilities
* Provide safe, individualised and effective care by following care plans and treatment interventions directed by registered nurses.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary team members, contributing to and maintaining the ward philosophy.
* Work flexible hours including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
* Support a dedicated, friendly and supportive team delivering high standards of care and clinical excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Band 2 Health Care Support Worker or equivalent experience.
* Excellent communication skills and proven team‑player attitude.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
* Desirable: ability to speak Welsh; if not fluent, a willingness to develop Welsh language skills is required.
Interviews will be held on 22/1/2026.
