Road Traffic Management Limited are looking for an organised and proactive coordinator to support the managing director and back-office function. To be based from our head office in Rochester, Kent. We are looking for someone who is committed, willing to learn and eager to progress.
Responsibilities:
* Invoicing completed jobs
* Quoting upcoming works
* Composing letter drops and arranging advance warning signs to be set out 2 weeks prior to works starting
* Apply permits/switch outs/TTRO's to the local highway authorities upon request by our customers
* Maintain accurate records of job paperwork, on-site photos and risk assessments sent through by the TMO's
* Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver their requests in a timely manner
* Traffic Management applications and booking form submission
* Requesting traffic management CAD drawings
* Answering external phone calls
Desired Skills:
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Understanding of industry guidelines and reference documents
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Knowledge using Word and Excel
* Permit experience
Applicants must be computer literate particularly in basic excel and outlook, have permitting experience, be punctual and have good team and customer service skills
